Recruitment of staff at Naval Schools shall be carried out in accordance with the rules and regulations promulgated by NES from time to time.
Common Written Test (CWT) shall be conducted for appointment of teaching staff twice for an academic year; first in December of previous academic year and second in June of the particular academic year, duly adhering to the recruitment guidelines issued by NES, as amended from time to time.
Vacancies shall be notified by respective School Management Committees through various means viz local/ national newspapers, NES/ school websites etc.
